**Your role**

As a Programs Administrator with Simply Helping Gippsland South & West, you will be responsible for ensuring all records for all funded programs are complete, accurate and up-to-date, meeting legislative and regulatory requirements. The specific responsibilities and duties listed in this document may be revised in future.

You will be a permanent full-time member of the Programs team, supported by the Programs Team Leaders.

**How you will make an impact**
- Be first point of contact for TAC and Workcover service users and/or their nominees and support coordinators, requesting services.
- Handle general enquiries about TAC and Workcover services, including clarifying specific account information and/or rostering queries from internal and external departments
- Liaise with and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
- Generate, complete, and update service agreements, support delivery plans, service booking forms and other associated paperwork for TAC and Workcover service users.
- Receive requests for services from service users, representatives and/or their support coordinators, and collaborate with the Services and Programs Team Leaders to implement and action appropriate support.
- Collaborate and assist with Simply Helping Case Managers to action requests and tasks related to Simply Helping service users.
- Investigate general issues and complaints that arise by communicating with related parties involved, such as support workers, support coordinators, and other program service users and/or their representatives.
- Comply with Simply Helping Gippsland South & West Policies and Procedures as applicable to your role
- Other duties as required by the business

- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and a confidence to navigate new systems
- Valid driver's licence

**Desirable, however not essential**
- Experience working within the disability or health care sectors
- Certificate IV in Business or equivalent
- Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
