About the Role
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, this part-time position (20-25 hours per week - negotiable) will coordinate Lucent's internal marketing efforts and collaborate with our external digital agency. The role will suit someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working across a diverse team of professionals.
Key areas of focus:
Leading campaign coordination and calendar management
Creating and managing digital content across website, email, and social media
Supporting lead generation and business development activities
Coordinating internal brand initiatives and client engagement tools
Managing CRM records and marketing automation tasks
About You
You're a hands-on, commercially minded marketing professional with a proactive mindset and a sharp eye for detail. You're equally comfortable creating engaging content as you are refining systems or reviewing campaign performance.
You'll bring:
3+ years' experience in in B2B marketing, preferably within the financial services sector
Strong communication skills and confidence using digital marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress)
Experience managing campaign activity and stakeholder coordination
The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
A genuine desire to help others and improve systems
Tertiary qualifications in marketing are preferred. Membership of the Australian Marketing Institute is a bonus but not essential.
This is a diverse role where you will be dealing directly supporting an internal team of client services staff, accountants, payroll specialists, HR specialists and project managers.
The role would suit someone with a proven background in marketing management, preferably in the financial services sector. In addition, you must have a professional manner, immaculate presentation, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The most important criterion is your ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, to be a very strong Marketing Manager who enjoys working across teams and implementing initiatives.
