**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop plans aligned with Advanced Piping Systems' overarching goals.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer personas.

**Brand Management**:

- Safeguard and enhance our brand image and identity
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing materials for consistent messaging.

**Integrated Content-Driven Marketing**:

- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated content across various channels. We're creating video content and which needs to lead the market.
- Collaborate with agencies to develop compelling and consistent messaging.
- Track and analyse marketing performance, adjusting tactics for optimal results.

**Collaboration and Thought Leadership**:

- Be the central point for customer-centricity, championing their needs.
- Manage a team of external marketing providers and agencies, fostering strong relationships.
- Keep up to date with emerging marketing trends and demands, we're wanting to keep current and ahead of what others are doing.

**Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Monitor spending and ROI, making adjustments as necessary.

**Data Integrity**:

- Own and ensure the integrity of customer-related data points.

**Continuous Website Improvement**:

- Own and deliver website improvements and fixes.
- Work with external suppliers to maximize SEO opportunities.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and marketing effectiveness.
- Utilise data-driven insights for informed decision-making and optimizations.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
- 3 to 4 Years of proven experience in marketing coordination with a focus on measurable contributions.
- In-depth knowledge of the majority of marketing channels and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
