We're seeking an expereinced Marketing Manager who can combine creativity, strategy, and empathy to elevate our brand and drive engagement across multiple channels.

As Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive client acquisition, build strong referral networks, and enhance our presence in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the marketing strategy across digital, print, and in-practice channels
  • Lead campaigns to attract new clients and referral partners
  • Oversee content creation, social media, email marketing, SEO, and website performance
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports to leadership
  • Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure marketing reflects our values and services
  • Manage marketing budget and external suppliers
About You:
  • 5 years in a marketing role, with formal undergraduate degree or higher qualifications
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and branding
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Creative thinker with analytical skills
  • Proven track record developing and implementing tactical marketing and communications plans
