Overview
Senior Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics. A large Queensland Government department is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver a major Microsoft Dynamics technology project. This role will oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery of a high-profile system used across the state.
Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics solution, managing project scope, budget, timelines, and outcomes.
Oversee governance, risk, and reporting, providing advice and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder relationships with internal teams, business units, and external vendors.
Apply PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies to ensure disciplined and adaptable project delivery.
Lead and support multi-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and capability development.
Skills & Experience
Extensive experience delivering ICT projects in large, complex organisations.
Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics delivery, with skills in MS Project and Jira.
Demonstrated ability to manage governance processes and report to project boards.
Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
Relevant certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) highly regarded.
