**The opportunity at OneStop**

Manage the strategic program of customer implementations and team to deliver a high quality implementation program of the OneStop strategic-product suite. This will include fostering and cultivating innovation across both the implementation team and wider customer team. Work closely with the Senior Leadership, Product, and Customer teams to combine insights gathered while managing the strategic program throughout the implementation with a view to exceed the customers' expectations and experience.

**Working in the team you will**:

- Be responsible for the overall success of the implementation program and strategy.
- Ensure implementations are delivered within the agreed and specified timeframe using best practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements where appliable.
- Integrate the program with the company growth strategy and business goals.
- Ensure regular updates are communicated to key stakeholders both internal and external.
- Accelerate innovation and value creation within existing suite of products and services.
- Effectively manage resources to ensure business goals are met.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives with a view to reduce task times during the various phases of the implementation.
- Manage customer conflicts / issues / concerns as they arise and escalate if necessary if unable to resolve.
- Be a People Leader and have a hands on approach with the implementation team to assist where necessary.

**What will you bring to the role?**
- 7 + years relevant experience in business, commercial or product strategy.
- Degree in business, marketing, communication, or any other related field.
- Proven experience in executing solution delivery to enterprise clients.
- Strategic planning capabilities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record in client management and forging long term genuine relationships.
- Experience in driving innovation and solutions with a technical environment.
- Proven experience in escalation resolution.
- Ability to mentor and motivate team members and stakeholders.
- A critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly skilled at stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to form strong relationships.
- Solid interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Collaborative skills to work with multiple stakeholders across a variety of business units.

OneStop's office is currently based in Redfern, but we are moving to a fantastic new Sydney CBD office within the next 6 months

Please note that while OneStop offers a highly flexible working environment, our employees MUST be based in Sydney or live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Sydney office.
