Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

  • Coordinate complex release activities across multiple streams, aligning with integrated program schedules.
  • Produce high-quality status reports highlighting schedule health, risks, and variances for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, communicate, and mitigate delivery risks and issues with minimal supervision.
  • Extract technical implementation details from SMEs, particularly in Data Lake or Data Warehouse environments, using tools like Clarizen or similar.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Release Manager
  • Data Warehouse or Data Lake implementation expertise
  • Demonstrated expertise creating detailed project schedules with linked dependencies, including environment management
  • Experience using Clarizen project management tool, or similar
  • Large-scale delivery program experience is ideal
  • Government or Federal Government experience is beneficial
