We are currently looking for a motivated professional seeking a new challenge to join our Facilities team. Based in Brisbane/Sunshine Coast and reporting to our General Manager, you will be a Supervisor responsible for the administration and performance of our facility contracts and projects as well as identifying resource requirements and be the direct contact for our clients. Provide hands on cleaning duties, training & support to employees, completing documentation, adhering to company policies, contract compliance and procedures, rostering and recruiting staff & other various administration work.

To be successful in this role you will:
**Have previous experience in Commercial Cleaning**
Have previous supervising & training Management
**Excellent time management & organisational skills**
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
**The ability to work effectively in a strong team environment**
Have basic computer skills
**Have the ability to prioritise & meet demanding deadlines**

This is a permanent full time position with Award Wages including phone and other benefits based on performance and experience, ideal for someone with a strong work ethic looking for a rewarding career move.
