**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the cleaning team.
- Ensure all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver top-tier service.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement improvements.
- Liaise with clients to understand and meet their specific needs.
