**As the next General Manager, you will**:

- Manage all facets of the business including revenue management, recruiting & training, customer service, payroll & achievement of financial targets.
- Be responsible for leading & developing your team to ensure the venues profitability & success
- Focus on driving F & B revenue & customer sentiment, for long lasting success
- Be instrumental in driving changes & improvements in performance and implementing strategies in line with business objectives

**What they are looking for**:

- Experience in similar chef hat quality venues or fine dining establishments
- A dynamic, level-headed & hands on leader who will guide their team to hospitality service excellence
- Someone with extensive fast-paced hotel leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to build & maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, particularly licensing police, security teams & other interested parties.
- Excellent written & verbal communicative skills
- Knowledge & experience with high turnover chef hat quality food & service
- A mature, collaborative approach & attention to the small things that make a difference is what makes you stand out above the rest
- Confidence in your capability to effectively resolve difficult situations & implement solutions that improve the service levels & financial results of the business
- Comprehension of the key metrics that impact & grow hospitality businesses, using this knowledge to drive top line revenue & motivating your team to do the same
- Previous experience in the same or similar role is highly regarded

The role is paying around the $100 - 110k + super commensurate to experience
