We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer / Senior Technical Officer to join our team.Our exciting position will offer you flexible working arrangements, growth and the opportunity to manage the lifecycle of projects.
About the role:Delivering high-quality engineering designs in Overhead lines, Underground lines and Distribution Substation ProjectsDesign & draft Transmission and Underground lines for major projectsAttend site when requiredTake part in reviewing project scope and make recommendations to improve project constructability costsApply industry standards & Safety in Design guidelinesDeliver effective design management on projects of various complexity to meet delivery timeframes, quality and costIdentify innovative solutions to enhance team efficiency To succeed you'll need:Demonstrated experience in Distribution & Transmission Design projectsWell-developed written and oral communication skillsUnderstanding of Safety in Design practicesBachelor of Engineering (Electrical) or equivalentRPEV accreditation advantagesProficient AutoCAD draftingExperience using Revit and NEARA would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite Since 1976, Balpara has extensive knowledge in all departments of engineering, project management, design, survey, audits, and location of constructed electrical assets.
Our team has a depth of experience and maturity, offering services to the power utilities, civil, electrical and environmental engineering consultancies, electrical contractors, developers, councils and transport bodies.
