- Extensive experience in a customer service or sales environment
- Demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results
- An ability to confidently talk to customers face-to-face and over the phone

- Experience in the banking and finance industry - a plus but certainly not essential

**About the role**

Our vision is to become Australia's bank of choice, and you'll play an important part in helping us achieve that. The **Customer Advisor - Relief** position is Permanent Full time but enables you to work across a range of branches, allowing you to have genuine variety in your work week. You'll get variety, moving between front-of-house concierge and finding solutions and educating customers, where you'll connect with the community to contribute to them, including finding ways for us to engage with them. Teamwork and mateship will be crucial as you work together to meet our goals. You'll be part of a culture that values risk and compliance at the heart of all decision making.

This position is located in the **Perth Metro Region where you will work across a range of Branches**, with **occasional travel to our Regional Branches**, having flexibility for travel will allow you to have genuine variety in your work week where relief allowances will also apply. The role is **Permanent Full time** working 76 hours per fortnight.
