Project Delivery Expert
We are seeking a commercially driven professional to lead and administer construction engineering activities, ensuring projects are delivered according to plans, designs and specifications.
This involves coordinating activities, managing the construction program, and implementing mitigating measures to keep the program on track.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for participating in monthly financial reviews, providing cost forecasts against budgets, and demonstrating financial management skills and commercial acumen when making decisions.
Additionally, this role requires effective communication with clients, consultants management & on-site personnel, as well as an understanding of HSE/QA compliance and experience in delivering infrastructure projects greater than $20mil in value.
Ability to travel regionally is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure project delivery.
Participate in monthly financial reviews and provide cost forecasts.
Lead and support a strong safety culture.
Manage the construction program and implement mitigating measures.
Demonstrate financial management skills and commercial acumen.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or project management.
Proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects and leading teams with successful outcomes.
Effective communication with clients, consultants management & on-site personnel.
Understanding of HSE/QA compliance.
Experience in delivering infrastructure projects greater than $20mil in value.
Ability to travel regionally.
