Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced project leader to join our team as a Senior Project Manager for infrastructure projects.

This role involves driving improvement initiatives, standardisation and uplift across the entire organisation and end-to-end lifespan of projects.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in planning, design and delivery of complex infrastructure projects. They will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of project management policies, business rules, practices, and process that we implement.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide authoritative strategic advice to project managers on management of risks, issues and non-compliance.

We require:

  • 5+ years of experience in planning, design and delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of leading improvement and implementation of project controls, policies, procedures, standards and tools.
  • Significant technical expertise in managing and uplifting enterprise wide Project Management Framework's.
  • Ability to provide strong leadership and mentor a team of professionals.
  • Experience in managing, monitoring and assessing the status of all projects within infrastructure delivery teams.
