. We are seeking passionate Graduate Speech Pathologists to join our industry-leading, Graduate Program kicking off January 2026 with roles available in Springwood. You will be supported across all steps of your journey to develop your clinical expertise across the NDIS and the community. As a Speechie in our team you will help participants from age 6 to 65, across language, mealtimes, dysphagia, aphasia and AAC.
Responsibilities
Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients\' homes to day centres, parks and our clinic rooms.
Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions for your clients.
Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.

Program Support and Development
Support: You\'ll be surrounded by colleagues who support you through challenges, including a buddy from last year\'s graduate cohort to answer questions and provide guidance
Supervision: 1:1 discipline-specific supervision to help you navigate all areas of working with Better Rehab, including your transition into full-time work and clinical support within the NDIS and your caseload
Ongoing Training: 6 months of dedicated induction, training and upskilling
Study Leave: 4 full days paid study leave per calendar year
Resources: Laptop, phone and all sites have therapy and assessment resources ready to use

About You
We\'re after Speechies with a genuine interest in supporting participants with disability who seek improvement and aren\'t afraid to speak up about it. A strong passion for participant care and treating participant goals as missions, not just form-checkboxes.
You Will Also Hold
Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with a graduation date in 2025 or January 2026
A valid driver\'s license and personal vehicle
An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willing to obtain)
