We are seeking passionate Graduate Speech Pathologists to join our industry-leading Graduate Program kicking off January 2026 with roles available across Chermside. You will be supported across all steps of your journey to develop your clinical expertise across the NDIS and the community.

As a Speech Pathologist in our team, you will help participants from age 6 to 65 across language, mealtimes, dysphagia, aphasia and AAC.

Day-to-day You Will
  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients\' homes to day centres, parks and our clinic rooms.
  • Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions for your clients.
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.

We are committed to helping you grow as a clinician. The program starts you off with a full week of graduate-specific induction sessions, including an introduction to community practice, the NDIS and life at Better Rehab.

  • Support: You\'ll be surrounded by colleagues who support you through challenges, including a buddy from last year\'s graduate cohort.
  • Supervision: Mentorship by a discipline-specific 1:1 Supervisor to help you navigate all areas of working with Better Rehab, including your transition into full-time work and clinical support within your caseload.
  • Ongoing Training: 6 months of dedicated induction, training and upskilling.
  • Study Leave: 4 full days paid study leave per calendar year.
  • Resources: Laptop, phone and ready-to-use therapy and assessment resources at all sites.

About You

We\'re after Speech Pathologists with a genuine interest in supporting participants with disability who strive for improvement and are not afraid to advocate for participant goals as part of care.

You Will Also Hold
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with a graduation date in 2025 or January 2026.
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
