**ABSOLUTE PREREQUISITES**

You must be reliable and driven, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, and a person who likes a challenge with a passion for task management. We are seeking someone with the following attributes:

- Have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
- We value individuals who can maintain composure under pressure and navigate patient interactions with empathy.
- Have understanding and compassion around patient aliments and conditions such as mental health and palliative care diagnosis's.
- Reliable with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Typing speed of 50WPM minimum.
- Have the ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage your own time effectively.
- Enjoy having a constant workload that requires you to multitask and decide on priority tasks
- Have a positive, cheerful attitude even when workload or patient demand is high
- Be driven, like to smile while enjoying the pressure of a fast moving day

Please note: Three (3) stage interview process applicable for the above receptionist position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
