About the Role : As a Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading people, managing client portfolios, and driving business growth. Expect to :
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, providing high-level tax and business advisory advice.
Lead and mentor your team, ensuring quality delivery across accounting, tax, and advisory services.
Manage workflow, budgets, KPIs, and reporting to keep the division running smoothly.
Partner with colleagues across divisions to deliver truly integrated financial advice.
Bring in new opportunities through your networks while deepening existing client relationships.
Apply your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
About You :
A natural people leader with strong EQ, professionalism, and influencing skills.
CA / CPA qualified (CFP or additional qualifications advantageous).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce or Finance.
5+ years' Public Practice experience, including 2+ years in a direct management role.
Strong technical knowledge in taxation and compliance.
Comfortable with Xero and tech-savvy with add-ons and digital tools.
