**Job Title: Business Advisory Manager**
**Location: Melbourne CBD**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of up to 5 individuals, providing mentorship and guidance to promising graduates.
- Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring high-quality advice and reporting to meet client needs.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing consulting advice and support as required.
- Scope and manage budgets to optimize team productivity and ensure project success.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Business Advisory team.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification and post-graduate certification in accounting or a related field.
- Significant experience in tax and accounting, preferably in a similar role within a professional services environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Dynamic and flexible approach, able to adapt to changing client needs and business priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
