**Job Description**:
In this role, you will manage the storage and transmission of project documents produced by IPS, IPS's clients, and IPS's vendors, subcontractors, and consultants and will ensure compliance with corporate document conventions, including numbering and approvals; as well as ensures compliance with project-specific document conventions, including numbering, approvals, distribution lists and quality assurance requirements.

You will work with Project Managers to establish document distribution plans for each assigned project. You will maintain document distribution systems and schedules for assigned projects based on client, project, and contractor requirements. You will expedite review, approval, and distribution of supplier and internally produced project documents. You will establish and maintain paper and electronic files for assigned project in accordance with corporate requirements and will generate reports to meet project requirements.

You will support preparation of transmittals for engineering and procurement documents. You will arrange cataloging, packaging, long-term storage and disposal of project documents at time of project closeout. You will attend project coordination meetings as required and provide status of engineering documents, procurement documents, and submittals as requested by project and design managers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- A minimum of 5 years of document control experience in the A/E/C industry
- Understanding of GMP requirements required
- Life sciences experience would be preferred but not required
- Experience with and flexibility with different software (ie Procore, BIM360, Bluebeam Studio, etc) would be a bonus
- QA experience would be a bonus as well
- Must be desirous of learning new skills and taking on new challenges
