Overview
Are you a detail-oriented logistics professional with a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a Warehouse Officer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our supply chain operates efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain inventory records using manual and digital systems
Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts
Ensure safe and proper storage, labelling, and handling of goods
Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners)
Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
Assist with returns, damaged goods, and warranty processes
Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams
Support process improvements and workflow optimisation
What You'll Bring
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Forklift and warehouse equipment operation skills
Experience with inventory systems and MS Office
Excellent time management and communication skills
Problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset
Knowledge of WHS standards and manual handling procedures
Qualifications & Experience
Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
2–3 years of warehouse operations experience
Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g. Odoo, SAP, Pronto, NetSuite)
Current forklift license (essential)
Current driver's license
WHS training and compliance knowledge
