**Wilmeat Cut Meats** is a family owned and operated pork meat processing company successfully integrating a strong Australian heritage with a vision for the future.

Due to further growth we require a number of experienced butchers/boners for our Strathfield facility.

It is essential that you are an experienced butcher/boner with knowledge in the following:

- Cutting meat from bones, trimming fat from meat.
- Portion Cutting
- Preparing cuts of meat
- Slicing
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety requirements.
- Able to work in a repetitive and fast paced environment

Pay: $23.00 - $34.00 per hour
