Elvy's on Allen, a well-loved traditional butcher shop in the heart of Leichhardt, is on the lookout for a qualified, experienced butcher to join our team full-time (5 days a week).

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Breaking and boning
  • Serving customers with a smile
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Learn or upskill in smoking techniques – we're happy to teach the right person
