**About the Opportunity**
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Porter to join our Front Office team at RACV Noosa Resort. With your positive "can-do" attitude and outstanding customer service skills, you'll help deliver exceptional experiences for our members and guests.

**This could be just the right role for you?**
In this busy and varied position, you'll be on your feet and actively engaged in providing 5-star service to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless stay. Key responsibilities include:
- Warmly welcoming and greeting guests on arrival- Assisting guests and groups with check in/out- Safely transporting and storing luggage, including heavy items- Delivering items to guest rooms as required- Offering recommendations on resort facilities, attractions, restaurants, and local events- Driving golf carts within the property- Collaborating with the Front Office and wider resort teams
- This is a casual role with rostered shifts typically between 8:00am and 4:00pm.
**What you'll need to be successful**- Previous porter/concierge experience in a 4-5 star hotel or resort (desirable)- Valid QLD Driver Licence (essential)- Local knowledge of the Noosa region, including attractions, restaurants, and events- The ability to comfortably lift 20kgs- Clear and professional communication skills- Strong teamwork skills and ability to engage with diverse guests- Self-motivation, confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude- Excellent grooming and professional presentation
