We have a exciting opportunity for a **Porter** to join our Front Office Team Be the face of the hotel and create magical memories for our guests

As an energizing and confident Porter, you will join our creative and diverse Front Office Team, connecting with people and making things happen at Hyatt Regency Brisbane. A good understanding of multi-tasking and caring for our guests will ensure your day is full of exciting challenges and is never dull.

**The Role**:

- Valet parking of guest cars
- Delivery of luggage to guest rooms
- Assisting with guest enquiries e.g. directions, recommendations
- Handling guest feedback and resolving any complaints

**The Person**:

- High level of grooming and personal presentation
- High level of both written and verbal communication
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Previous experience with Opera is advantageous
- Full Open Drivers License within Australia
- **Manual Drivers License advantageous**
