**Visual Merchandiser Manager** in their

**About the Role**

- Collaborate with visual and commercial leadership team to manage preparation of store installations and floor changes - manage calendar for store rollouts
- **Monday - Friday role, no late nights Balanced roster with afternoon finish.**:

- Ensuring you are up to date with the current fashion trends and styling techniques.
- Provide training to the team on ongoing brand standards and presentation
- **Competitive salary - up to 72,150pkg + Product Discounts**:

- Window and prop installations
- Deliver reports on store visits to share with the creative team and key stakeholders

**About You**
- **Open to retail background - experience in a visual merchandising role is essential**:

- **Management experience leading small to medium sized teams**:

- Energetic, passionate and driven
- Strong knowledge of VM & directives, and seasonal and market trends.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to analyse figures and formulate plans to maximise sales
- Willingness and flexibility to conduct outside hours installations when needed
