Base pay rangeA$129,000.00/yr - A$132,000.00/yrRoleAs a Salesforce Functional Consultant, youll be responsible for designing user-focused, scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.
This role blends functional design, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on configuration.
Youll act as a trusted advisor helping clients adopt best practices, drive user adoption, and shape future-state experiences.Youll work across both AMS and project delivery, collaborating with architects, developers, SMEs, and change managers to translate business needs into functional solutions.You willAdvise clients on whats possible using out-of-the-box Salesforce featuresDesign capability maps, business process flows, user journeys, and wireframesGather and prioritise business requirements and user stories with SMEsConfigure Salesforce functionality aligned with best practicesRun demos, build prototypes, and lead functional workshopsConduct unit testing and support quality assuranceSupport change teams to drive adoption and enablementYou will have3+ years' experience in Salesforce platform implementation and configurationStrong communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholdersExperience designing customer journeys and business process flowsPassion for user-centric design and business transformationConsulting background preferredBaseline Clearance is highly advantageousSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionConsulting, Engineering, and Information TechnologyIndustries: Software DevelopmentReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Talenza by 2x
