**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Analyze and design solutions that align with business objectives.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs.
- Provide guidance on best practices and Salesforce capabilities.
- Perform data migrations and integrations with other systems.
- Conduct user training and support change management efforts.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and industry trends.
- Ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects on time and within budget.

**Qualifications**:

- Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant) are highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, preferably in a large product company.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with data migration and integration tools.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization.
