This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior role in one of Brisbane's most iconic new residential and hotel precincts.About the RoleLead by example in delivering exceptional guest service at the Front Desk.Assist with training, coaching and supporting Guest Service Agents.Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and enquiries with professionalism.Resolve guest issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.Support the Front Office leadership team with daily operations.QualificationsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious Front Office/Guest Service Agent experienceStrong communication and problem-solving skills.A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences.High attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.Why Join Us?
