UON's business centres around the design, manufacturing, supply, construction and maintenance of remote, off-grid power and water infrastructure, with many of the products manufactured in UON's Malaga facility, based on proprietary and patented designs.
The solutions are standardised and engineered to solve the safety, financial, logístical, and environmental challenges of clients large and small.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Product Administrator to join our Malaga team.
**Key duties of this role includes**:
- Undertake all administrative requirements for the Production Department including but not limited to scanning, filing, document construction and formatting, date entry, raising PR's and PO's. Provide administrative support to the wider company on an as required basis.
- Coordinate and complete MDR and IOM for each job - collect, scan and compile job/test documentation and certificates. Format cover page & MDR document depending on client requirements (UON/RTIO/BHP).
- Undertake document control activities utilising OneDrive, WeTransfer, SPO (liaise with Bas Meys - BHP Normal Projects) and ACONEX system (BHP Major Projects only).
- Provide reception coverage to the wider company on an as required basis
- Coordinate and complete production department product job pack collation.
- Tablet System - Document Control: Assist with creating, editing and maintaining current revisions of UON documents on the tablet system.
- Tablet System - Job Packs: Coordinate the launch relevant documentation for each job
- Ensure communication of all required deliverables and constant changes in deliverables to necessary Production department personnel, other UON department employees and external stakeholders on an as required basis
- Attend meetings, write up weekly Production meeting minutes/notes as required and issue internally
- Preparation and presentation of internal reports for the Production Department
- Maintain, develop and improve professional working relationships with all UON clients including seeking feedback where possible and raising issues with department supervisors/managers as necessary
- Work Collaboratively with all UON Departments and other Administrators to achieve UON goals, values and Behaviours
- Identify, coordinate and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement within the Production department and day-to-day activities
- Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to HR, QA, HSE and other relevant systems.
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- High School certificate or equivalent experience in Business or Administration.
- Degree or post-secondary school training or TAFE certificate in Business Administration or other associated disciplines.
- 3-5 years administrative experience.
- Experience in various software packages for document registration.
- Practical experience in document control systems on engineering and construction projects.
