Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our dynamic Product Operations team.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and work under pressure to ensure timely completion of activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Product Operations Department
  • Liaise regularly with international suppliers
  • Maintain updated records of materials and products
  • Monitor shipment ETA's and actual departures & arrivals and prepare necessary paperwork
  • Prepare, calculate, and provide data/reports
  • Process supplier credit approvals
Requirements:
  • One year or more administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills preferred
  • Knowledge of data visualization software preferred
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and drive
  • Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills with the ability to multitask
  • Analytical, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Strong process orientation
  • Pro-active in continuous improvement and problem-solving
  • Experience or interest in the fashion industry would be favourable
