**About the Role**:
Are you a **Mobile Phone and/or Computer Technician **with retail experience and able to work in our store at Westfield Kotara? If this is you, then **We Want You**

For the role, we would expect at least basic repair knowledge on iPhones and Samsungs (LCDs, batteries and charging ports) and general computer knowledge. We would also expect some experience with customer service, along with stocktake and inventory management.

For all roles your main focus will be to ensure that everything you do reflects your commitment to excellence and to provide an amazing in-store customer experience.

**_Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:_**
- Greet and serve customers in a confident, professional and friendly manner
- Find out the issue and solution of broken devices
- Ensure stock inventory is effectively managed

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in sales preferred but not strictly necessary
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport.
- Phone repair knowledge and computer knowledge

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-38 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
