Your Opportunity We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Care Consultant to join our friendly and supportive team in Carole Park, QLD
If you love chatting with people and solving problems over the phone, this could be the perfect role for you.
As part of our Customer Care Contact Centre, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers helping them with everything from product questions to order issues.
You'll play a key role in making sure every customer feels heard, supported, and satisfied.
This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where you'll be encouraged to think on your feet, find solutions, and make a real difference.
We've got a great training and development program to help you hit the ground running and grow your skills from day one.
