ESS is the market leading support services division of Compass Group, and Delta FM provide our facilities management services. We currently have a rare opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our Origin team based in the Surat Basin.

You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 25 trades personnel.

8/6 roster - DIDO for locals or FIFO ex Brisbane.

**The Position**
- Manage the day to day operations of the facility maintenance services including supervising tradespersons
- Maintaining exceptional relationships with our client and local community
- Ensure site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure a sustainable safety culture

**The Person**
- Remote management experience in the resources sector
- Minimum Trade qualification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC (desirable) or building/construction industry supervision background
- Ability to identify and implement new innovations within the facilities management industry
- Experience in Staff recruitment, retention, rostering, and subsequent management of both permanent and casual workforces.
