The Opportunity

Reporting to the Venue Manager, this role is responsible for the overall drinks and food program at our distillery bar, while being a key role actively involved in service, team leadership and education. Key responsibilities include:

- Menu development and execution
- Stock management
- Drinks education and service training
- Operational excellence and compliance
- Bar and table service

About you

We're looking for someone with hospitality management (+3 years) experience in bars, restaurants or wineries.

You have strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, mentor and inspire teams. You are commercially savvy with proven experience in stock control and cost analysis. You have a passion for innovation with strong cocktail, whisky and food knowledge and experience in front of house operations with high service standards.

A current RSA will be required.
