About The Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused Plant Superintendent to join our growing team and support our expanding project portfolios. This role will play a critical part in keeping our mobile fleet running smoothly across project sites, while leading maintenance planning, breakdown response, and asset management through FleetMEX. You will be the go-to for all things plant maintenance on our projects, from routine servicing and urgent repairs, to mentoring site crews and improving how we do things in the maintenance of assets.

  • West Perth based, with site travel as required

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance of plant and mobile equipment
  • Lead rapid response to machinery breakdowns
  • Plan and coordinate scheduled maintenance events and shutdowns
  • Support and guide onsite maintenance teams
  • Ensure safety, compliance and operational standards are met
  • Keep FleetMEX up to date with accurate maintenance data
  • Manage maintenance budgets and parts procurement
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

What You Will Need To Succeed
  • Previous experience in a similar superintendent or senior maintenance role
  • Strong working knowledge of mobile plant and equipment
  • Solid understanding of CMMS platforms - FleetMEX highly regarded
  • Trade qualification in mechanical or related field - essential
  • Great communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
