Working as part of a friendly and close-knit team, your focus will be:Providing support and care according to the Care Plan and residents preferences and strengthsApplying person-centred care approaches to all interactions with residentsConsidering the residents individual needs, stage of life, development and strengths when engaging in support activitiesAbout youYou are an enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter who is eager to develop a career in aged care.
To be considered for these roles, you will need:Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Specialisation), or equivalent and/or Certificate IV in Aged Care, Certificate IV in Ageing SupportPrevious experience working in an aged care facilityAbility to build effective relationships and work within a teamNDIS Worker Screening CheckWhy VMCH?
