We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our dedicated team at Careforce Group, a trusted provider of high-quality aged care services across Melbourne.
About the Role As a casual Personal Care Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering compassionate, person-centred care to our residents.
You will support their physical, emotional and social wellbeing, contributing to a positive, respectful, and inclusive care environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobilityMonitor and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing to the nursing teamEngage residents in social and recreational activities to enrich their quality of lifeMaintain clear and accurate documentation of care providedFollow all relevant policies, procedures, and compliance standardsWork collaboratively with the multidisciplinary care teamWhat We're Looking ForCertificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualificationPrevious experience in aged care or healthcare, particularly in a PCA roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA caring, empathetic nature with a genuine commitment to aged careAbility to manage challenges with professionalism and a resident-first mindsetFlexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and public holidaysWhat We OfferCompetitive casual rates plus loadingOngoing professional development and trainingEmployee wellness programs and staff discountsSupportive and inclusive workplace cultureEasy access and shift management through our user-friendly mobile appAbout Us At Careforce Group, we live our values-compassion, integrity, and excellence.
