As part of our growing Education team, you'll spend your time leading Education and Training sessions for our highly valued medical skincare clinics across Melbourne & VIC, including AST Academy classes from our premises in Mulgrave.

**About the role**:
- Running skincare and brand educational group classes for clinicians from our VIC clinics - focusing on Aspect, Aspect Dr, Cosmedix, PCA, Société, Dermaquest and our other amazing brands.
- Visiting skincare clinics to undertake hands-on training and education for their teams.
- Working closely with the sales department to identify sales opportunities and working in collaboration with them to grow clinics.
- Represent Advanced Skin Technology at industry events and exhibitions
- Contributing your ideas to an organisation that really listens to its team

**The Successful Applicant**:
Are you imaginative, diverse and relish the opportunity to demonstrate your creative skills to help the team to deliver outstanding customer service? Are you intensely focused, work towards continuous improvement and have a flair for bringing out the best in others?
- A passion for the aesthetic industry and education
- Essential - Recognised Dermal Clinician qualification.
- 3 - 5 years professional experience in the skin care or medical aesthetics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel overnight and hold a valid driver's license
- High level of computer literacy including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of skin science and skin care ingredients
- Able to confidently deliver presentations in both small and large group environments.
- Desirable - previous classroom training and in-field training experience
- Train the trainer qualifications
