A transformation of Newcastle's iconic City Administration building, our design-led hotel features 130 rooms, Roundhouse rooftop restaurant, Romberg's rooftop bar and Ms Mary Bar and Terrace.

**The Role**:
Providing an experience at a level beyond what guests expect, you have an ability to easily chat to guests, share your knowledge of Newcastle, and run a smooth service - All without breaking a sweat.

You have an uncanny insight into what the guest is after - be it coffee or cocktails to suit the mood of the day. You are flexible in where you work and often enjoy a slight change of scenery working between the Level 9 Buffet Breakfast service and the ground floor Terrance Café.

**Your many talents will include**:

- You ooze personality and charm and at ease creating a warm, friendly and knowledgeable guest experience.
- You have an understanding of current culinary trends and can easily sell those picky eaters on our menu selection.
- You have the initiative to lead people and the drive learn more and do more to contribute to having the best service-reputation in town.
- The ability to showcase the best of Newcastle to the locals and out of towners.
