If you are an energetic multitasker, someone who has a passion for service but also enjoys keeping a gaming room buzzing, then this is the role for you. No two days will be the same. In this fast paced role, you'll build lasting rapport with our guests by delivering tailored and authentic service both in the gaming room and on the floor So, if you can 'pitcher' a career with us? A day in the life of a Food & Beverage Attendant:
- Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget
- Let our guests know about our amazing ALH Loyalty Programs and their many benefits and product offerings
- Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility; which is centred around safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) compliance
What do we need from you
About you:
- You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- You must hold a current RSA and RCG certificate
- You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
