Add expected salary to your profile for insightsAbout the roleWe are seeking a passionate and experienced OOSH Centre Manager to join our team at Harbord Public School P&C in Freshwater, NSW.
This full-time position is responsible for the management and operations of our busy Out of School Hours (OOSH) service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and engaging programs for our students.What you'll be doingOverseeing the day-to-day running of the OOSH centre, including staffing, programming, budgeting and complianceDeveloping and implementing engaging recreational and educational activities for studentsBuilding strong relationships with parents, teachers and the school communityEnsuring the service meets all relevant regulatory standards and guidelinesManaging, supporting and developing a team of dedicated OOSH educatorsMaintaining accurate records and reporting to the P&C committeeWhat we're looking forRelevant tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related fieldMinimum 3 years' experience in a similar OOSH centre manager or coordinator roleDemonstrated expertise in developing and delivering high-quality recreational programs for childrenExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families and the school communityStrong organisational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvementSound knowledge of the education and childcare regulatory environmentFirst Aid and CPR qualificationsWhat we offerAt Harbord Public School P&C, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
