Job Title: Test and Evaluation Specialist

This position involves providing comprehensive test and evaluation services to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing, reviewing and maintaining test and evaluation strategies and plans.
  • Conducting test and evaluation activities, including systems assurance and certification.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Managing risk and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Preparing and presenting reports and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in test and evaluation within the defence industry.
  • Strong understanding of Defence T&E Systems Engineering concepts.
  • Knowledge of the One Defence Capability System (ODCS) and its applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Security Clearance:

Candidates must currently hold and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
