What will you be doing?

  • Working alongside Construction Manager and Project Managers to ensure on time, on budget project completion in a safe manner.
  • Overviewing day to day activities of projects both onsite & remotely – proactively manage materials and labour to meet project delivery schedules.
  • Playing a key part in client communication while providing technical support to subcontractors and staff.
  • Assisting the project manager with scoping, quoting & delivering new works.
  • Work closely with senior management to improve net profits and market sustainability.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and Grosvenor employees.
  • Provide training and mentorship to other employees, whilst ensuring your own continuous professional development and career progression

What will you need to join the team?
  • Trade Qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years' Commercial HVAC installation experience
  • Current Arctick Licence
  • Restricted Electrical
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Advanced communication skills with people of all backgrounds, with proven experience in client relationship building and conflict resolution.
  • An analytical mind, with strong technical capabilities and expertise in contract administration within the HVAC industry.
