**About the role**

The Communications Lead will work closely with the Communications team and Business units to deliver on the functional strategy. You will Develop, deliver and evaluate communications and marketing initiatives, plans and campaigns that build and protect the CSI brand with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include;
- Support the delivery of the communications and brand strategy and plan for CSI
- Assist with drafting, review and managing publication of public market communications including ASX announcements, quarterly reports, annual reports, press releases and other investor relations materials
- Write creative and compelling copy for a wide range of internal and external communication channels
- Support the creation and direction of collateral and ensure alignment with company's brand, including advertisements, flyers, website copy, capability statements, presentations and more
- Support the preparation of senior leader public presentations and speeches, as required
- Partner with stakeholders to provide communications advice and support on projects
- Partner with stakeholders to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive tangible results in promoting the organisation
- Advise on emerging issues and how to leverage opportunities or mitigate threats to CSI's reputation
- Develop and manage the CSI internet and social media channels including including drafting compelling content for social media, website and the intranet
- Assist the Communications and Events advisor to promote community partnerships and initiatives to amplify CSI's community support efforts and strengthen the brand
- Execution of corporate-led external and internal communications, including campaigns and initiatives
- Contribute to crisis communications as required
- Ensure all communications content and materials are delivered in line with Company procedures and protocols

**What you'll bring to the team**
- Tertiary qualifications in in the fields of Communications, Marketing or related discipline
- 7-10 years' experience in communications and brand
- Experience working with other corporate affairs disciplines and investor relations
- Excellent writing experience and ability in generating content for a variety of audiences, including digital media
- Experience in speech writing and gathering research and support for content
- Strong project management skills to meet deadlines, establish clear priorities quickly and bring projects to completion on time
- Confidence to work independently and drive engagement with colleagues
- Proficient in using MS Office suite, WordPress and SharePoint
