**BIM Manager - 12mth FTC**

This is a 12-month Fixed Term contract role working as the BIM Manager within our Design team.

**Your opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a BIM Manager who will be the leader and owner of BIM systems for Design, including setting up BIMs, training staff, monitoring and updating BIM processes, workflows and protocols to optimise the BIM systems and provide industry leading output.
- Review and Audit of existing operating systems and standards including project templates, area and FFE schedules, tracking dashboards and tagging system for the integrated design and delivery of development, operating capital, and leasing projects against industry best practice.
- Content creation and optimisation of cloud based centralised family's library with unified shared parameters to enable consistency across project types.
- Development and Integration of Sustainable Materials Database with project templates, schedules and tagging system.
- Review and development of critical processes automation strategy to streamline key workflows including but not limited to model amalgamation and bulk file exporting, scheduling, room data sheets, bulk sheet creation and export, lease plans creation.
- Establish BIM roadmap for migration of base build models for all 42 shopping centre assets into Revit facilitating 'Digital Twins' of each asset. Maintain current status of 'Digital Twins' with all inputs from all projects and works conducted at the assets.
- Proactive in assisting project teams in setting up design and documentation BIM systems, Execution Plans, and libraries to ensure maximum efficiency of output from the BIM.
- Inducts new staff in our BIM systems, processes and standards and provides technical support to project teams for BIM.
- Assists with project work where appropriate.
