Based in the CBD, they are currently experience high demand for their services nationally and are keen to hire a BIM Coordinator to join their team.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the national BIM Manager who is based in Melbourne, this role is ideal for a BIM Coordinator eager to provide BIM coordination services across the studio, for a variety of projects, within a friendly and colloborative team.

The BIM Coordinator will manage Revit models, develop BIM standards, create Revit templates as needed, train staff across the studio, and provide Revit training and support throughout the model.

**What you will need**:

- Advanced BIM Revit skills
- Previous Model Management experience and a solid understanding of BIM (Revit)
- Preparation of BIM management plans
- Organizing and running BIM coordination meetings and coordinating with teams
- Ability to work collaboratively with Architects
- Provide fortnightly staff training on Revit across the company
- Strong communication skills
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude, eager to build your career
- Full working rights in Australia
