Smile Time family dental Dental is currently looking for a new dental team member to join our growing team

We are a friendly, easy-going and passionate bunch of people who try to go out of our way to give our patients the best experience at the dentist.

We are looking for a **Front Office coordinator/ head dental assistant dual role** to join our amazing small practice.

This role would be perfect for a dental assistant, head dental nurse that is looking for a leadership role within a dental clinic.

Our Front office coordinator/ head dental assistant will be given room and scope to grow and have significant input into the growth of our practice, you will be working closely with our area manager. You will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service to our patients and the Smile time Family dental team.

This role involves many responsibilities, patient management, staff training, performance evaluation, compliance and fostering a positive work culture.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, train, and develop the clinic operations
- Excel in dental administration duties and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist in recruiting, induction and training staff, ensuring alignment with job requirements and expectations
- Address day-to-day challenges and escalate when necessary
- Work in conjunction with the area manager
- The ability to multitask multiple priorities at once
- Ability to handle high volume inbound and outbound calls
- Have a high attention to detail
- An ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient and practice matters
- maintaining stock levels
- be able to assist the dentist while doing reception as well
- be able to complete sterilization tasks

**Benefits to You**
- Monday to Friday within the hours of 8am -5pm (Weekends Off)
