2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
Expected salary: $35 - $38 per hour
We're currently hiring Managers and supervisors for Oi Hospitality Group which operates Banco Manly, Corretto Dee Why & ULLO Dee Why.

Your role will be to ensure consistency of product, lead the team, maintain cleanliness, hygiene and will support the management of the operation of the venue.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

• The company currently operates three restaurants, a consulting company, a bottled drinks company and is looking to further grow.

• Established in 2018, the core group have been working on the projects collectively for the last 4-5 years with a continued focus on growth.

THE ROLE + THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

• Relevant diploma or equivalent experience required, with a minimum 2 years' experience required in a similar position

• Use correct techniques and follow procedures and recipes when preparing and cooking menu items

• Demonstrate ability to make coffees, understand guests needs & ability to manage a team of staff

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Can handle pressure and a fast paced environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Fluent English and well groomed

• Available to work a mix of shifts throughout the week with a morning focus
