Casual (up to 1 Oct 2025) Join Our Team as an Aged Care Worker
As a Direct Care Worker (Residential), you'll play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and personalized care to the residents of our Residential Care Home.
Reporting to the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager, you'll collaborate closely with a dedicated team of health professionals, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team environment, fostering positive relationships with colleagues.
Effective communication skills with the capacity to connect with individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and circumstances.
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and adhering to timeframes.
Ability to assist and cooperate with colleagues to promote a harmonious work environment.
Strong commitment to exercising discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality.
Capability to perform general tasks effectively under supervision.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in exercising sound judgment and initiative in the daily execution of responsibilities.
Proficient in using computer software packages, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
